I'm Abhi Joshi — software engineer, Ironman 140.6 finisher, and marathon runner. I built Primed because I was tired of guessing whether to push hard or pull back on any given day.
After finishing an Ironman in 2025 and a marathon in 2022, I learned the hard way that the difference between a great training block and an injury often comes down to listening to your body. The problem is, most of us are bad at that.
